- My heroes pass through numerous challenges the client is throwing at his job.
- My heroes pass through the challenges technology is thrusting at his job.
- My heroes are stuck in the situation and worry of obsolescence is commanding him.
- My heroes were operating the show for the last few years someway, but with new COVID crises, bringing out the substantial output from everyone.
It is no more satisfactory to be Ok, we have to demonstrate the Awesome output from all of us in this demanding time.
My entrepreneurial friends are only seeking the finest at this crisis time, I can not deprive them by recommending a few heroes who are not up to the level.
I discussed with one of my heroes, what can be accomplished?
What did I recommend my hero to accomplish?
My Hero was knowledgeable and known in his organization, as a result of that he got upgraded to a leadership & management position.
In the journey to deal with challenges and numerous people management issues popped up which Hero is not fit to deal with.
There are many grievances that were growing to deal with the assignment as Hero was not ready to deal with pressure other challenges.
The senior leaders called my hero to figure out what could be the matter.
My hero knows everything as he is intelligent but could not be competent to deal with the prevailing situation as a Leader.
What could be the reason?
My Hero has been asked to fulfill the below actions to be undertaken in the leadership position.
After examining all these, he acknowledges this is viable and he has worked such scenarios much time in his one decade of his experience
What are those challenging tasks, top 10 expectations?
- Leaders should have the capability to establish rapport and credibility with external clients and their companions across the company. — My Hero is not adequate to fulfill this
- Need to establish the competence to partner with senior leadership, and lead teams smoothly. — My Hero is not competent to fulfill this
- Articulate and competent to communicate with employees at all levels across the organization. — My Hero is not competent to fulfill this

- Experience with establishing deep relationships with a divergent set of clients and stakeholders from across the business. — — My Hero is not competent to fulfill this
- Establishing and cultivating collaborative, dynamic relationships with international counterparts. — My Hero is not apt to fulfill this.
- Act as a leading change agent in delivering and embracing digital strategies. — My Hero is not competent to fulfill this
- Influences as an individual leader across the corporation and advocates a learning culture. — My Hero is not competent to fulfill this
- Ability to function under pressure and deal with challenging conditions in a rapid-paced work environment. — My Hero is not competent to fulfill this
- Lead & motivate technical teams, mentor, grow, and relentlessly enable each member of the team to achieve their absolute capacity.- My Hero is not competent to fulfill this.
But my hero in this unique leadership positioned miserable stumbling and not prepared to steer through the current challenges.
Who to blame? My hero was wondering…
My hero has to train himself on this path, all these skills demand an efficient transformation of self and understanding about dealing with others.
How do we establish such competence?
- Training plays some development,
- Role-play enhance some development,
- Experiment and learn from failure play some portion,
- Books and discussion play some portion
- Working with a mentor/Teacher will strengthen some portion
and many more steps for a long time need to perform. No shortcuts.
My hero needs to consciously, deliberately practice to build a level of knowledge development with 10,000 hrs. program in mind.
My hero needs to start a dedicated deep transformation curriculum of self-development for the upcoming 5–10 years.
And this journey goes on.
This crisis time will eliminate mediocracy and bring out meritocracy.
